Initial Consultation and Walk-Thru
(approx. 1 – 1.5 hours)
All of our services begin with an initial consultation and
walk-thru. After assessing each room, we’ll discuss your
needs, budget and expectations. From there we can create a
customized plan that works within your budget and timeframe.

A terrific tool to help you stay focused on the elements that will make the
greatest impact when selling your home. After the initial consultation and
walk-thru, we’ll provide a customized report outlining the “Top Ten” things that
you’ll need to do right away to get Maximum Results.
Staging to Sell
(Half day or Full Day)
Once the initial consultation and walk-thru are completed, we’ll
prepare a customized action plan. On staging day we will be
hands-on to transform your home. Every effort is made to work
with your existing furnishings, accessories, and supplies to
minimize cost and maximize time.
Using a detailed and prioritized action plan, we’ll focus on
bringing out your homes best features. We’ll work with the
natural flow and character of your home, and create an environment
that appeals to the emotions and senses of potential buyers, leaving
them with a great impression.
Completed Action Plan
Add a completed 10 page, Action Plan to any of the above Staging
Days in order to complete the look yourself. Devonshire Design will
spend an extra hour walking through your home with you and filling
out the plan. We will send it to you in a typed format within 3
business days.
New Listing or Open
House Staging Weekend (with Action Plan)
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go on
the market OR is scheduled for an Open House in order to make that
great first impression. Devonshire Design will spend a full two
days prior to your event transforming your house. We will work off
the detailed Action Plan that will be given to you, the seller, in
order to complete transformations after the opening event.
Fine Tune It
Once you’ve made the suggested changes, if
you choose, we can return and re-assess your home, fine tuning any
areas necessary.
